Job Summary
As a Fitness Trainer at BeatBox Fitness, We are looking for energetic, passionate, and customer-focused Fitness Trainers who can inspire members, lead engaging workouts, and create an unforgettable fitness experience. You will play a key role in helping members achieve their fitness goals through personalized coaching, group workout support, and exceptional customer service. You will motivate members, ensure safe exercise practices, promote personal training programs, and contribute to building a strong fitness community.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments and understand members' goals.
Design customized workout plans based on individual fitness levels.
Guide members on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.
Deliver high-energy personal training and functional fitness sessions.
Assist members during boxing conditioning and strength training workouts.
Motivate and encourage members throughout their fitness journey.
Monitor progress and modify training programs to achieve measurable results.
Maintain a protected, clean, and welcoming workout environment.
Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
Promote Personal Training (PT) packages,



nutrition guidance, and fitness programs.
Ensure an exceptional member experience by maintaining high service standards.
Collaborate with the gym team to organize fitness challenges, events, and community activities.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of strength training, functional training, and boxing-based fitness.
Good understanding of exercise science, mobility, and injury prevention.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage members.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Sales mindset with the ability to convert members into Personal Training clients.
Positive attitude, energetic personality, and qualified appearance.
Ability to conduct both one-on-one and group training sessions.
Basic nutrition knowledge is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
✔ 0–3 years of experience as a Fitness Trainer or Personal Trainer.
✔ Fitness certification preferred.
✔ Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
✔ Passion for health, fitness, and helping people transform their lives.
✔ Comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
✔ Willing to work from our Bangalore studio.
