Are you passionate about business expansion and building strong partnerships? We're looking for a Regional Manager – Growth to drive franchise expansion across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop recent franchise opportunities in the assigned region.
Lead end-to-end franchise expansion activities, from prospecting to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential franchise partners.
Conduct impactful business presentations and lead strategic meetings with prospective investors.
Achieve regional franchise growth targets as an individual contributor.





What We're Looking For Minimum 2+ years of experience in franchise expansion or business development.
Prior experience in the preschool or education franchise industry is highly preferred.
Proven ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and build lasting business relationships.
Strong business presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working as an Individual Contributor (IC) .
