Introduction

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Partnerships Manager to join the Visteon´s Connected Services team.
This is a high-impact, outbound-first role. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding app developers onto the Visteon´s Automotive App Store platform — building a pipeline of certified, vehicle-ready apps across categories including navigation, entertainment, AI, utilities, and connected services.

We are seeking for a hunter, someone who closes deals, moves fast, and takes full ownership of their pipeline from first contact to signed agreement to live app.

What You´ll Do
Contact (outbound), develop, and maintain strong relationships with app developers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and revenue-sharing models
Use AI tools to research, qualify, and prioritize developer targets at scale
Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline tracker with accurate status on every developer relationship
Coordinate APK submission and testing with the technical team — ensuring apps meet AAOS compatibility, performance, and quality standards before certification
Act as the primary point of contact for app developers throughout the onboarding and certification process, monitoring performance post-launch and coordinating updates and bug fixes
Work closely with OEM teams to understand app requirements and curate the right portfolio for each vehicle program
Coordinate with internal product, engineering, QA,



and legal teams to ensure smooth developer onboarding and certification
Contribute to competitive market assessments, identifying gaps in the Automotive app portfolio and recommending high-priority acquisition targets

What We´re Looking For
6 to 9 years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or developer relations — preferably in mobile, app ecosystem, or automotive technology
Robust understanding of Android and mobile app ecosystem, familiarity with APK submission, app store certification processes, and developer onboarding
Knowledge of Android Automotive OS (AAOS) or strong willingness to learn — understanding of how in-vehicle apps differ from standard mobile apps
Hands-on experience using AI tools for outbound research, partner qualification, pipeline management, or market analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, capable of representing Visteon professionally in external developer and OEM conversations
Experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field — MBA is a plus
Willingness to travel as required

Nice to Have
Prior experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers
Existing relationships with global app developer ecosystem
Experience with in-app payments, developer portal platforms, or API-based integrations
Familiarity with AI app categories — voice assistants, navigation AI, personalization engines
