Responsibilities
Manage and evaluate entire production process
Contribute to production planning and budgeting
Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a safe production setting
Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Knowledge of decorative and industrial paint manufacturing processes
Understanding of raw materials, resins, pigments, solvents and additives used in paints
Knowledge of batch processing, process parameters and production controls
Understanding of quality management systems, testing standards and product specifications
Knowledge of SAP PP/MM modules, inventory management and production reporting
Understanding of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement practices
Knowledge of EHS requirements, hazardous chemical handling and statutory compliance
Understanding of production cost management, yield improvement and loss control
Knowledge of plant KPIs, OEE, productivity, downtime analysis and manufacturing efficiency
