Anandi is an IB school with a Harvard-inspired 4+1 Field Model where children spend one day every week learning with entrepreneurs, scientists, artists, designers, engineers, and creators.

We believe education should feel alive.

And our social media should too.

We're looking for a social-first content native who understands how to create content people actually stop scrolling for.

Not someone who schedules posts.

Not someone who simply briefs agencies.

Someone who can spot stories, write hooks, direct reels, identify trends, package ideas, and turn everyday moments into content that reaches hundreds of thousands of parents.

What You'll Own

- End-to-end ownership of Anandi's Instagram presence
- Reels strategy, content planning, scripting, and execution
- Identifying viral and culturally relevant content formats
- Working with teachers, students, founders, and parents to uncover authentic stories
- Creating content around learning, parenting, education, childhood, and innovation
- Building repeatable content series that drive reach and engagement
- Collaborating with designers, videographers, and freelancers




- Analysing performance and continuously improving content

What Success Looks Like

Within your first few months, you'd help us:

- Grow organic reach to 500K+/month
- Increase average reel views to 10K+
- Build multiple recurring content IPs & series
- Make Anandi one of the most followed and talked-about school brands in India

You Might Be a Great Fit If

- You spend a lot of time on Instagram and can explain why certain content performs
- You understand hooks, retention, watch time, shares, saves, and storytelling
- You've grown an account, built a personal brand, or created content that reached large audiences
- You naturally notice trends before they become obvious
- You're comfortable being behind the camera, directing shoots, or occasionally stepping in front of one
- You're excited by education, parenting, childhood, and the future of learning

Bonus Points If

- You've built content for founder brands
- You've worked with consumer, parenting, education, lifestyle, or creator-led brands
- You've personally grown an Instagram account beyond 20K followers
- You create content yourself and not just manage others
