Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor who can transform raw footage into compelling stories that captivate audiences and drive engagement.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in both Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, with preference given to candidates who are highly experienced in Final Cut Pro workflows.

This role goes beyond simply cutting footage. We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, audience retention, sound design, and the dynamics of YouTube content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-form YouTube videos focused on automotive transformations, restorations, detailing projects, and customer stories.
- Create engaging narratives from large volumes of raw footage.
- Structure videos to maximize audience retention and watch time.
- Create impactful hooks, transitions, and story-driven edits.
- Perform sound design, music selection, and audio enhancement.
- Add graphics, titles, subtitles, and visual elements where required.
- Create short-form content including Reels, Shorts, and promotional clips.
- Collaborate closely with videographers, producers, and management.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.





Required Skills

Must Have

- 4+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong proficiency in Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent storytelling and narrative-building skills.
- Strong understanding of YouTube content and audience retention.
- Good knowledge of sound design and music integration.
- Experience working with multicam footage.
- Strong project organization and file management skills.

Preferred

- Advanced expertise in Final Cut Pro.
- Motion graphics experience.
- Color grading knowledge.
- Experience working with large YouTube channels.
- Interest in automobiles and automotive content.
