Responsibilities

- Configure, integrate, and validate laboratory instruments with LIMS software.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand integration requirements.
- Develop and test instrument interfaces using APIs, middleware, or custom scripts.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain documentation for instrument connectivity, workflows, and configurations.
- Support the deployment of integration projects at client sites or remotely.
- Understand customer and market requirements, translate them to product functionality, test the product, build use cases, write technical documents, conduct extensive testing, and interface with the engineering at all times for feature scoping.

Requirements

- Qualification: MCA/Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences,



or a related field of Engineering.
- Job experience: up to 1-2 years of experience in lab-instrument integration with LIMS, LIMS software configuration, or related experience like: API integrations, or 3rd party software integrations.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows and instrument communication protocols.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Good understanding of APIs, database management, and middleware tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

- Previous experience working with LIMS or ELN systems.
- Exposure to regulatory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or integration platforms.
- Experience in client interaction and in office deployments.
