Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

7+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Configuration and/or Integration

7 years of experience in Java or related technologies

Should have Platform Upgrade Experience

Should have strong hands-on experience with GOSU, Web Services and XML

Should be expertise with GW Integration / Configuration concepts

Should have experience in designing and developing Guidewire integration components and configuring PC&BC; / CC&PC; / BC&CC;

Ability to independently estimate work, manage technical deliverables, and support planning for small-to-medium workstreams

Ability to mentor junior team members and coordinate effectively with distributed teams

Valuable interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills





Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools

Certification: Certifications in Guidewire Specialist/ ACE/ Cloud certifications

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Experience with CodeNarc or similar code quality tools.

Experience working with latest Guidewire Cloud versions.

Experience supporting performance optimization, defect triage, and release activities

Experience in solution design, technical architecture discussions, and client-facing collaboration
