Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive Accounts to manage the day-to-day accounting activities for the Delhi Branch. The candidate will be responsible for accounting entries, Accounts Receivable, petty cash management, customer payment follow-ups, CSR verification, reconciliations, and supporting branch-level finance operations.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of journal entries, Accounts Receivable, petty cash handling, and reconciliations.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Positive communication, co-ordination, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally for the Delhi Branch.




- Pass journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including customer invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Verify customer outstanding balances and co-ordinate for timely collections.
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain petty cash records.
- Perform bank, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Verify CSR-related documents and accounting entries.
- Co-ordinate with the HO Finance team for accounting and payment-related requirements.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and ensure timely reporting.
