Responsibilities

- Work in Agile Scrum teams with 2-week sprints and solid test automation focus.
- Design, implement, test, and maintain Fusion 360 features primarily in C++.
- Own quality and delivery excellence.
- Write technical design documents, participate in design/code reviews, and estimate tasks.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, UX designers, and global teams.
- Program using Microsoft Visual Studio on Windows and Xcode on macOS.
- Present in global technical discussions and mentor team members.
- Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and demonstrate customer success passion.

Requirements

Must-Have:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in C++, Data Structures, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns,



debugging, and problem-solving.
- Experience in graphics, CLI, database, and functional application development.
- Familiarity with QT, Python, JavaScript, and Windows Mac application development.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to quickly learn and work on large software systems.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with 3D/2D CAD software.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices.
- Experience with JSON, Jira, and Jenkins.
- Experience in API development and test automation.
- Knowledge of Design Manufacturing Drawings.
- Experience with ObjectARX.
