JD for Junior Manager IT Infrastructure

Skills

- Manage IT Infrastructure and IT Operations for rapidly growing organization

- Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and end users support

- Incident management for set of critical users and resources within organization, Coordinate incident resolution with internal teams & vendors

- Handle L2/L3 support escalations, Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents

- Supervise IT support engineers / admins, Allocate work and monitor team productivity, Conduct Performance reviews and Skill development & training, Act as escalation point for critical issues

- Coordinate and support to central team to mitigate cybersecurity risks

- Maintain IT hardware and software asset inventory, Ensure cost efficiency and vendor SLAs

- Should have worked on Automation of IT operational activities to save time and resources efforts.

- Valuable knowledge of network infrastructure and terminologies

- Prepare management dashboards: SLA performance, Incident trends, Capacity utilization, etc.

- Present reports to IT Head, Security team and Business leadership

- Support Internal / External audits, Maintain Compliance documentation

- Ensure adherence to Security policies, Regulatory requirements designed by organization





- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability reviews, Support audit findings closure, support for governance controls designed by central teams

- Should have knowledge and visibility of available latest tools and licenses available in market to enhance the IT infrastructure and security posture for an organization

- Should have proven project management experience

- Eagerness to learn and grow technical skills

- Good written, documentation, verbal and communication skills

Certifications

- Microsoft, CISM, ITIL, PMP are preferable

Education

- UG : M Tech / B.Tech / BE / ME / MCA

Experience

Experience

- More than 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure operations management from large enterprise

- Should have experience in Windows, VMWare environments

- Experience in driving continuous improvement in project deliveries and individual / team performance

- Experience in Manufacturing Industry is preferrable
