Roles and Responsibility
- Teach classes up to Grade 8 in all subjects.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to enhance student learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom workplace.
- Collaborate with other teachers on curriculum development.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching experience, preferably in a home tutoring setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology and software applications.
