About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Trainee Intern who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including Recruitment, Employee Lifecycle Management, Employee Engagement, MIS Reporting, and HR Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding activities for recent employees.
Employee Engagement
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate wellness programs, celebrations, and learning activities.
- Assist in employee communication and feedback collection.
HR Analytics & MIS
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Track key HR metrics, including:
- Recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Offer-to-Joining Ratio
- Attrition Rate
- Headcount Analysis
- Diversity Metrics
