Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute seed production programs as per targets
- Supervise sowing, rouging, harvesting & post-harvest operations
- Ensure compliance with seed certification standards
- Coordinate with certification agencies & government authorities
- Monitor crop health and agronomic practices
- Maintain field & certification documentation
- Prepare production & MIS reports
- Coordinate with Processing, Quality, Logistics & Procurement teams
- Supervise growers and contract farmers
- Travel extensively for field supervision
- Achieving production targets with quality & cost efficiency
