eTeam Inc. is looking for passionate and enthusiastic AI Interns who are eager to build real-world AI applications using the latest Generative AI technologies.

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong programming fundamentals who can write code independently without relying on ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor AI, or any other AI coding assistant. While AI tools may be used for research and learning, the ability to code manually and solve programming problems independently is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python or at least one programming language.
- Excellent understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and problem-solving.
- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Groq, LangChain, LlamaIndex, ElevenLabs, or similar technologies.
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.

Mandatory Requirement

- Candidates must be able to write clean, productive, and error-free code manually without using ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor AI, Windsurf AI, or any other AI-assisted coding tools.
- During the interview process, candidates will be evaluated through live coding and technical assessments where the use of AI coding assistants is strictly prohibited.




- Applicants who are unable to code independently without AI assistance are requested not to apply.

Selection Process

Candidates will go through:

- AI Communication Assessment
- Technical Screening
- Live Coding Assessment (Manual Coding)
- Technical Interview

Who Can Apply

- Available for a Work From Home internship.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must have a personal laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Willing to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Must possess strong coding skills and be capable of solving programming problems without the assistance of AI coding tools.

Mandatory:

1. Candidates must have prior full-time AI/ML internship experience with a registered company. The internship must be full-time (minimum 8 hours/day). Part-time internships, internships of 23 hours/day, internships through colleges, training institutes, academies, or under individual mentors/supervisors will not be considered.

2. 2027 graduates must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their college/university before joining.

3. No leaves will be permitted during the first 3 months of the internship.
