Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with experience in accounting operations, GST compliance, TDS, bank reconciliations, and Tally. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Manage GST calculations, filings, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.
- Maintain accounting records and entries in Tally.
- Verify invoices, vouchers, and payment-related documents.




- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Jewellery industry experience preferred.
- Experience in retail or inventory-based accounting will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, BRS, AR, and AP.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
