Job Title: Sales Head

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to drive business growth in the Civil Construction Materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Build and lead sales teams across Madhya Pradesh & Gujarat.

- Generate new business and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects and channel partners.

- Expand market presence and achieve regional sales targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Construction Materials Sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

- Ability to build and manage regional sales teams.

- Robust architect/builder network will be preferred.

- Experience in Precast/Prefab products will be an added advantage.

- Male/Female candidates can apply.

- Willingness to travel across MP & Gujarat.
