Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and be capable of designing, developing, customizing, and implementing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow IRM applications and modules.
- Configure and implement Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Develop workflows and automations using Flow Designer.
- Build and maintain REST API and XML-based integrations with third-party systems.
- Configure and maintain CMDB and ServiceNow integrations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow Development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).
- Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow development.
- Strong JavaScript programming skills.
- Experience with REST APIs, XML, and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB and ServiceNow platform customization.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Agile/Protected methodology experience.
- Exposure to GCP.
- Knowledge of Now Assist.
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning or Generative AI.
