Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead and oversee operational activities across multiple locations within the region, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals.

- The role involves managing day-to-day operations, driving process improvements, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring successful project execution within budget and timelines.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading regional teams, implementing operational strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

- This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, budget management, and the ability to drive operational excellence while supporting business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of all locations within the region, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to operational guidelines.

- Leading and motivating regional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

- Formulating and executing regional operational plans, aligning with company objectives and customer expectations.

- Identifying areas for process optimization, implementing improvements, and driving efficiency.

- Establishing and managing the regional operations budget, focusing on cost reduction and continuous improvement.

- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other departments.

- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting performance reviews,



and providing regular reports to management.

- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and Plan and manage operational policies and strategies in each region.

- Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of various projects within the region.

- Developing and implementing training programs for regional teams to improve skills and knowledge.

- Direct recruitment and training processes in response to company requirements.

- Ensuring quality standards are met across all locations within the region.

- Delegate responsibilities to other managers to meet company goals. • Manage large budgets and be accountable for these.

- Ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet business needs.

Skills Required and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)

- 815+ years of experience in operations/project management, preferably in multi-location or regional operations.

- Proven experience in team leadership and people management

- Strong knowledge of operational planning, process optimization, and resource allocation .

- Experience in budget management, cost control, and financial planning - Strong understanding of project execution and performance monitoring (KPIs)

- Knowledge of compliance, quality standards, and operational policies

- Excellent stakeholder management and client/vendor relationship skills.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and operational management systems .

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .

- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel across the assigned region when required.
