Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities (procurement, inventory, dispatch of seeds)
- Track batch-wise inventory and dispatch schedules
- Maintain real-time data on ERP/Supply Chain portals
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Processing & Logistics teams
- Monitor dispatch status and transporter coordination
- Prepare MIS reports (stock, dispatch, aging, shortages)
- Ensure proper documentation of invoices & stock transfers
- Resolve supply chain issues through regular follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with quality & regulatory norms related to seed inventory
