Purpose/Objective

To provide direction & guidance to team to perform electrical maintenance of LT/HT switchgear equipment, HT/LT Motors, HT/LT Transformer’s, Lead and provides technical direction to craft Subordinates perform various maintenance functions & Maintain critical spares.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Monitor & control PM,RM,CBM, break down maintenance - Plan outage works - Monitor and execution of Annual overhaul maintenance - Interface with other departments to achieve set plant goals - Practice & implement Safety measures for departmental staff to achieve zero accidents goal. - Monitor contractor’s works to perform timely & quality work. - Organizing & Monitoring Maintenance as per plan. - Identifying Spares requirements. - Identifying System Improvement through creative ideas & best practices. - Implement best work practices. - Implementation of SMS & Follow-up. - Identify of ZFO& ZFPO & execution of action plan.



- Under the CHETNA guideline audit SI & SRFA on weekly basis. - Recognition and prevention of unsafe act and unsafe condition

Technical Competencies

Electrical Maintenance of Auxiliaries like Battery, DG set & lighting system, LT/HT Motors, ESP electrical system, LT/HT switchgear, hoist, AC system, Relays & Protection, Battery & Battery Charger System, EOT Cranes. ,Electrical Maintenance of LT/HT Switchgears, Vacuum Circuit Breakers, HT/LT Transformers and Inventory Management, Various Contract Managements. ,IMS, 5S, Six Sigma, DISHA, Energy Audit,Exposure in 6. 6kv/11kv/400kv & 765kv.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualification: BE / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering Desired Qualification: M. B. A, M. E / M. Tech - Electrical, Energy Manager / Energy Auditor Experience Total : 18-22 Yrs
