Job Title: AR Caller (Fresher)

Job Location: Guindy, Chennai

3 Month of Training, First and Second month will get a Stipend. After 3 month will get a appointment.

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as AR Callers. The candidate will communicate with US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid medical claims, verify claim status, and help resolve payment issues. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Call US insurance companies to check the status of medical claims.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
- Understand and document the reasons for claim denials.
- Update claim information in the billing system.
- Work with the internal team to resolve claim issues.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-up activities.




- Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and email).
- Willingness to work in US shifts (night shift).
