Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stores person with 3-8 years of experience in the construction industry to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the procurement process, vendor management, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials and services required for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining and developing the all-store activities in supply chain management system.
- Communication with materials Concern to ensure purchase orders are received, confirmed and accepted on the delivery schedule time, and any delay or non-genuine materials supply immediately rejected to the same mfr/vendor.
- Preparation of damage material statement at the time of receipt of material and inform to the Purchase, accounts departments or vendors based on PO terms for necessary insurance claims.
- Analyzing material performance data and issuing regular management reports.
- Allocation of the received material into specific places by following preservation methods and maintaining proper storage, binning and codification of the material.
- Prepared and certifying to submission of supplier's bills reached at accounts department correct time for further payment processing.




- Day-to-day preparation of Material Request, Goods Inward Note, Materials Receipt Note, Indent posting and daily physical verification report, daily receipt report, daily HSD consumption report for Asset wise.
- Monitoring and controlling the inventory with ABC Analysis.
- Management of inventory through supply chain management, non-moving item stock and scrap disposal details reports sending to Accounts every month.
- Reconciliation of Bulk Materials and Non-capitalized items reports checking and submitting on monthly basis. Making & providing reports for the management for their decision-making.
- Generated Monthly Issue reports (MIR), Stock summary, Physical verification reports, Cost Statement, Non-Moving items, Debit Notes and submitted to the concern dept. in targeted time.
- Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports for management on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
- Monitoring of stock transfer between warehouse to warehouse proper accounting and acknowledged.
- Monitoring availability and ensuring of surplus stock, delivering the same to other warehouses.

Preparing of MIS Report, GRN, MRN, Daily DMR, Monthly Stock statement, Preparing of Debit Note, physical verification, Monitoring major material like, Steel, Cement, Aggregate, Diesel etc, Preparing of PR, PO in ERP and Coordinating with Purchase Department.
