- Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise-grade Ignition SCADA solutions across manufacturing facilities.
- Develop advanced Ignition Perspective and Vision applications, including dashboards, HMIs, alarms, reporting, and historian solutions.
- Configure and maintain Ignition Gateway architecture, UDTs, tag structures, redundancy, and system standards.
- Integrate Ignition with Siemens, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, and other PLC platforms using OPC UA and industrial communication protocols.
- Design and implement SCADA-MES-ERP interfaces for real-time production monitoring, OEE, quality, and operational reporting.
- Develop Python/Jython scripts, SQL queries, REST API integrations, and database-driven applications within the Ignition ecosystem.
- Establish OPC UA information models, NodeSets, telemetry standards,



alarm hierarchies, and data governance frameworks.
- Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities for SCADA systems.
- Ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards, including IEC 62443, network segmentation, and secure remote access practices.
- Collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, MES teams, and IT/OT stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable automation solutions.
- Define engineering standards, mentor development teams, and drive continuous improvement of SCADA architecture and best practices.Role & responsibilities
