Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries and towels.
- Vacuum and sweep floors and carpets.
- Dust and polish furniture.
- Report any maintenance issues to the management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
