Job Description :
- Identifying opportunities: Researching new markets, trends, and customers to find new business opportunities
- Building relationships: Meeting with potential and existing clients to develop positive relationships
- Setting goals: Developing plans for business growth and revenue, and setting goals for the business development team
- Creating proposals: Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Training: Training business development staff and junior salespeople
- Collaborating:
Working with sales and design teams to meet sales and profit goals
- Forecasting: Forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Preparing reports: Producing reports for management
- Attending events: Attending conferences and exhibitions
- Advising: Advising others on the company's products or services
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
Requirements and skills :
- Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Ability to achieve business goals and revenue goals
- Market knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Local language
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Communication, leadership and negotiation skills
