Position: Electrician
Location: Naroli, Dadra, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu
Qualification: ITI – Electrician
Experience: 5 Years
CTC: ₹30,000 per month
Shift: 12 Hours

Job Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, sensors, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, and drives.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, MCCs, and control circuits.
- Maintain utility equipment such as transformers, DG sets, air compressors, LT/HT panels, APFC panels, and switchgear.
- Replace and maintain electrical components including contactors, relays, MCBs, MCCBs, fuses, and overload relays.
- Carry out machine inspections to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new electrical systems and machinery.
- Maintain daily maintenance records and report breakdown activities.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company safety standards.




- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. These responsibilities are consistent with E-Con's manufacturing setting and published electrical maintenance requirements. (LinkedIn)

Skills Required

- Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems.
- Electrical panel wiring and troubleshooting.
- Motor control circuits and Star-Delta starters.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, and VFD.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Use of multimeter, clamp meter, and other testing instruments.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

- ITI Electrician.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance preferred.
- Willingness to work in 12-hour rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits
