Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor & Site Supervisor to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, billing, cost control, site supervision, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Prepare and verify contractor/client bills.
Monitor project costs and material consumption.
Supervise daily site activities and ensure quality workmanship.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
0–5 years of experience in quantity surveying and site supervision.
Knowledge of construction materials and estimation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
