Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software to enhance performance and usability are integral parts of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.




- Ensure the quality and efficiency of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and business process modeling.
- Experience in configuring and customizing software applications to meet client requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the application workplace.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
