Job Title : Lead Solution Architect

Experience : 10-15 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Shift Timing : 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead architecture design and implementation of Azure cloud solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance

- Define and maintain the cloud technology roadmap aligned with business goals

- Design complex, cost-effective solutions integrating internal and third-party systems

- Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders to align architecture with operational needs

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams

- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards

- Identify architectural risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovation opportunities

- Support cloud migration, modernization,



and optimization initiatives

- Promote DevOps, automation, and cloud best practices

Requisites
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field

- Robust expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

- Experience designing secure, scalable multi-cloud environments

- Experience in cloud strategy, migration, and modernization

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

- Understanding of data integration and modern cloud ecosystems

- Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar preferred)

- Relevant cloud certifications preferred
