Required experience - 6 months to 2 years

We are searching for a Business Development Manager/Executive to join our

team.

○Can do Lead Generations,

○Can bring new clients,

○Can handle one on one conversations with new clients and make proposals

according to their requirements.

○Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand

the network and promote brand awareness.

○ Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the needs of

prospective clients.

○ Articulate the value proposition of products or services effectively to prospects.

Lead or participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Skills & Requirements:

○ Cold Calling

○ Lead Generation

○ Database Building

○ Online Lead Client Servicing

○ B2B Sales

○ Online Research

○ Must possess Good Communication Skills and interpersonal skills.

○ Excellent Verbal & Written Communication (English)

○ Approach new businesses with proposals.

○ Knowledge of bidding portal like upwork, guru, freelance Linkedin etc





○ Experience in using CRM - Strong project and time management skills -

Experience working with International companies (preferred)

Responsibilities & duties:

- Research, track, maintain and update leads

- Make outgoing calls to develop recent business

- Contact prospects to qualify leads

- Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects

- Research and maintain lead generation database

- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads

- Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies Knowledge

of digital marketing and social media platforms

- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to

facilitate the sales process

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
