Candidate Preference: Residents of Ernakulam district are preferred for ease of commute. Skills: Robust communication skills and the ability to simplify complex engineering concepts for students. Responsibilities Conducting classes and practical sessions for engineering students. Developing instructional materials and lesson plans. Mentoring students and tracking their academic progress. Participating in institutional development activities.
