Job Title : Finance Manager

Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.

- Conduct monthly revenue, cost, profitability, and financial performance analysis.

- Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and business performance trackers.

- Monitor OPEX and CAPEX utilization and drive cost optimization initiatives.

- Support leadership with board meeting reports, financial presentations, and strategic insights.

- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities and reporting.

- Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.

- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processes.

- Review Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and financial schedules for accuracy.

- Coordinate internal audits, statutory audits, and closure of audit observations.

- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and regulatory requirements.

- Support banking activities, project funding, capital investments, and financial due diligence.





- Collaborate with shared service teams and monitor service delivery performance.

- Drive process improvements, financial governance, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline; CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred.

- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Business Finance.

- Experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Financial Controls.

- Knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, Audit Processes, and Compliance Frameworks.

- Experience with financial reporting and consolidation tools.

- Strong understanding of Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, and Regulatory Compliance.

- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Cost Management, and Profitability Analysis.

- Advanced MS Excel and Financial Modeling skills.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
