Client Servicing Manager / Account Manager – Digital Marketing

About the Role

Adze Studio is looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager / Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end client servicing and act as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client business goals and recommend effective digital marketing solutions.
- Coordinate with Creative, Content, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, and Tech teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and present reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Conduct regular client meetings and review campaign progress.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and scope.
- Maintain accurate project updates and client communication.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Branding,



and Content Marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Experience

- Client Servicing / Account Management: 2–5 years (Preferred)
- Digital Marketing Agency experience is highly preferred.

Work Location

In Person – Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
