**This is an outdoor street selling role — you will stand at an assigned Kolkata zone and sell directly to customers. It is not an office or desk job. Apply only if you are comfortable with direct, face-to-face field selling.

The Drip Secrets is a Kolkata-based premium attar and lifestyle brand crafting alcohol-free fragrances for the modern Indian consumer. We blend classic Indian fragrance traditions with clean, contemporary design — making everyday luxury real and accessible. We are a growing street-first brand and this role is core to how we reach our customers.

What you will do

- Carry a branded display tray of attar products to your assigned zone and sell directly to customers. You will be standing in a public place with the tray.
- Engage customers confidently, explain product benefits, and close sales
- Build repeat customers and grow brand presence in your zone
- Manage your daily stock and share end-of-day sales reports
- You will be standing in a selected place with our tray and sell

Working hours

5 days in a week. You can select any 5 days from Monday to Sunday. 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm~3 hours per day · Weekend availability is a plus · Zone assigned within Kolkata.

Working location

You will be assigned a zone within Kolkata. Preferrable location can be: Ballygunge- Gariahat, Bidhannagar- Salt Lake, College Street.

Daily earnings

Your monthly stipend will be 6000 rs per month.

Incentive structure — earn more when you sell more

Sell ₹3,000/day +₹150 bonus that day





Sell ₹4,000/day +₹300 bonus that day

Sell ₹5,000/day +₹450 bonus that day

Who we are looking for

- Must be a college student or fresher or 0-2 years experience in marketing, sales.
- Comfortable talking to strangers and selling face-to-face outdoors
- Valuable Bengali and Hindi communication skills
- Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable
- Interest in fragrances, lifestyle, or fashion is a plus
- Prior street sales or retail experience preferred but not required — we train
- Minimum qualification: class 12 pass or diploma standard
