We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive -ERP (Order Fulfilment) to manage and maintain accurate data in our ERP system related to order fulfilment for our U.S Based Client. The role involves entering, updating, and verifying order data to ensure smooth processing, inventory tracking, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update customer orders, invoices, and shipment details into the ERP system accurately
- Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and other teams for order processing
- Track order status and update records.
- Generate reports related to order fulfilment and inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data accuracy standards
- Handle bulk data uploads and Excel-based data management
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in orders or inventory





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce / Business preferred)
- 4–8 years of experience in data entry or operations (ERP)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Valuable typing speed with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of order fulfilment / supply chain processes /Logistics/ e-commerce
- Good Communication Skill

Shift- Night

Time:- 6:30 pm to 3:30 am in Summer, 7:30pm to 4:30am in Winter.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
