This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong desire to learn, grow, and prove their abilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the dispatch team in coordinating truck operations
- Communicate with drivers and brokers (US-based)
- Learn to use load boards such as DAT and Truckstop
- Track shipments and update delivery status
- Maintain basic records of loads, routes, and driver details
- Support senior dispatchers in daily logistics operations




- Handle client communication via calls, emails, and chats
- Learn industry processes including routing, compliance, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident personality with a professional approach
- Solid willingness to learn and grow in US logistics
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage)
- Good problem-solving attitude and adaptability
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
