Job Title: Executive Quantity Surveyor (PHE/FF)
Department: QS & Cost Consulting Division

Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for PHE and Fire Fighting systems based on drawings and specifications
- Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements from approved drawings for plumbing, sanitary, and fire fighting works
- Support rate analysis and cost estimation activities for PHE/FF scope
- Verify contractor/vendor bills and assist in certification of running account (RA) bills
- Maintain measurement sheets, billing records, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for tracking work progress and reconciliation of quantities
- Assist in evaluating variations, change orders, and contractor claims under guidance of Sr. QS
- Support tendering activities including preparation of comparative statements for PHE/FF vendors and subcontractors
- Ensure timely submission of bills, MIS reports, and cost trackers




- Maintain compliance with project specifications, contractual terms, and applicable codes for PHE/FF works

Required Skills & Qualifications

- BTech Civil/ BE Civil/ Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying for PHE/Fire Fighting systems, preferably in construction or consulting projects
- Working knowledge of PHE and FF systems, materials, and applicable codes (NBC, NFPA, local fire codes)
- Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and billing for MEP/PHE/FF scope
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD for quantity extraction and QS software (eg. Biiling Master, CostX, MS Project) is an added advantage
- Valuable analytical, coordination, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
