· Developing Training schedules & Training Plans.

· Taking classes as per the schedule.

· Communicating Training needs time to time.

· Maintaining databases of all training materials, batch files of trainee & their Placements.

· Coordinating Mobilization, enrolments & counselling of the trainees, creating a batch would be your responsibility.

· Responsible for 100% certification of the trainees in the assessment of the candidates.

· Coordination in Candidates placement, updating the portal with the placement details of the candidates, ensuring 70% batchwise placement of the candidates.

· Time to time reporting.

· Other assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Experience Required:

Preferably Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 3 to 4 years of industry experience in relevant job role and a Minimum of 3 to 4 years and Training experience in relevant job role or
7 years of industry experience in relevant job role.

Respective Sector Skill Council TOT Certified candidates will be highly preferable

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
