Job Description

Adgion Technology Pvt Ltd is hiring motivated candidates for the role of Telecaller Executive for Synqer.io.

The candidate will be responsible for calling business owners, explaining our services, generating interest, and completing successful customer onboardings. Training, support, and business data will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities

- Call potential clients
- Explain Synqer.io services
- Help customers complete onboarding
- Follow up with interested leads
- Maintain daily call and work updates

Earnings Structure (Per Month)

- Up to 10 Onboardings → ₹300 per onboarding
- Up to 20 Onboardings → ₹400 per onboarding
- Above 20 Onboardings → ₹500 per onboarding

Incentive & Salary Structure





Incentives will be provided up to 40 successful customer onboardings.

After completing 40 successful onboardings, executives will become eligible for a monthly fixed salary of ₹5,000 along with additional incentives.*
