Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent through various channels such as Dice, Monster, Ceipal, Direct Clients, Bullhorn, ATS to meet client requirements.

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress updates.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with qualified candidates who can fill open positions effectively.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (W2/H1B/H1 Transfers).

- Solid understanding of US IT staffing industry trends and market dynamics.

- Proficiency in using tools like Dice, Monster, Ceipal etc. for sourcing candidates.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preference will be given to male candidates and immediate joiners.
