* Provide support to retail sellers through Email & Chat
* Resolve customer queries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through effective written communication
* Handle multiple systems while troubleshooting customer concerns
* Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

* Graduates from any discipline
* Freshers are welcome to apply
* Undergraduate candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience




* Comfortable working in a 247 rotational shift environment
* Willing to work a 5.5-day work week
* Ready to work from the Jaipur office

30,000 CTC per month (as per company structure)
