- Evaluate client requirements and propose suitable STP, ETP, WTP, RO, and ZLD solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, process designs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Review technical documents and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Manage end-to-end proposal activities from RFQ to submission.
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for techno-commercial offers and pricing.
- Support sales and client discussions with technical expertise.
- Lead proposal engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-6 years in proposal/design of STP/ETP/WTP projects
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
- Deep understanding of water and wastewater treatment technologies and equipment
- Familiarity with CPCB, IS codes, CPHEEO guidelines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (reviewing layouts and P&IDs;)
- Experience using ERP systems for proposal and quote tracking
