Senior Associate Projects & Business Intelligence (BIU)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented professional to support strategic projects, business intelligence initiatives, and business growth programs. The role requires a strong combination of project management, data analytics, performance reporting, presentation development, and stakeholder management skills.

The incumbent will work closely with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Banking Partners to drive key initiatives, generate actionable insights, and support business decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Project Management
- Business Intelligence (BIU)
- Business Analytics
- Banking & Financial Services
- Digital Payments
- Technology Program Management

- Experience in working with banks, fintechs, payment ecosystems, or large cross-functional programs will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Program Delivery

- Manage end-to-end execution of strategic business and technology projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures, and status reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation and delivery.
- Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and drive issue resolution.
- Support technology rollouts, certifications, testing, and implementation activities.
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Business Intelligence (BIU) & Analytics

- Analyze transaction, business, product, and partner performance data.
- Generate actionable insights to support business planning and decision-making.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business growth metrics.
- Conduct trend analysis, variance analysis, business reviews,



and performance monitoring.
- Support leadership teams with data-backed recommendations and strategic insights.

Dashboarding & Reporting

- Build and maintain dashboards using Superset, AI
- Develop automated MIS and performance reporting solutions.
- Create business, operational, transaction, and partner-performance dashboards.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy.
- Support self-service analytics and visualization initiatives.

Executive Presentation & Management Reporting

- Prepare business review presentations, strategy decks, and management reports.
- Translate complex datasets into meaningful business narratives.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
- Develop business cases, growth plans, and opportunity assessments for leadership.
- Present key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Business Development & Growth Initiatives

- Identify opportunities to increase business volumes and product adoption.
- Support acquisition and expansion of banking and ecosystem partnerships.
- Conduct market, competitor, and prospect analysis.
- Work with internal teams to launch and scale business initiatives.
- Drive partner engagement and support sustainable business growth.
