This is a remote position.

- Plan, execute, and monitor Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects from inception to completion.

- Conduct community needs assessments, baseline studies, and stakeholder consultations to identify priority intervention areas.

- Design project plans, implementation strategies, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard NGOs, implementation partners, consultants, and community organizations.

- Manage relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, NGOs, donors, and other key stakeholders.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.

- Develop monitoring frameworks and track project progress against defined KPIs and outcomes.

- Conduct impact assessments, end-line evaluations, and social return analysis to measure project effectiveness.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to support program evaluation and decision-making.

- Prepare detailed project reports, impact reports, presentations, dashboards, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with CSR policies, statutory requirements, donor guidelines, and organizational governance standards.

- Monitor project budgets, fund utilization, financial reporting, and resource allocation.

- Identify project risks, recommend mitigation measures, and ensure timely resolution of implementation challenges.

- Facilitate field visits, partner reviews, community meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions.

- Document project learnings, best practices, case studies, and success stories.

- Support proposal development, grant applications,



and CSR project conceptualization based on client or community requirements.

- Review partner performance and recommend improvements to enhance project outcomes.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, MoUs, utilization records, and audit-ready files.

- Collaborate with Monitoring Evaluation (ME) teams to strengthen data quality and reporting processes.

- Present project progress, impact findings, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and clients.

- Stay updated on CSR trends, ESG practices, sustainability initiatives, and social development frameworks to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, Public Policy, Sociology, Management, or a related field.

- 38 years of experience in CSR, NGO, social impact, sustainability, or project management.

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end CSR or community development projects.

- Strong understanding of CSR regulations, ESG principles, sustainability frameworks, and the Companies Act (CSR provisions).

- Experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation (ME).

- Ability to conduct community needs assessments, baseline studies, impact assessments, and end-line evaluations.

- Knowledge of monitoring frameworks, KPIs, Theory of Change, LogFrame,



and Social Return on Investment (SROI) methodologies.

- Experience in stakeholder management, including corporates, NGOs, government agencies, donors, and community organizations.

- Solid project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience in NGO identification, evaluation, onboarding, and partner management.

- Ability to develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and implementation strategies.

- Experience in budget management, fund utilization monitoring, and financial reporting.

- Knowledge of statutory compliance, CSR governance, donor guidelines, and audit requirements.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.

- Excellent report writing, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management/reporting tools.

- Experience preparing impact reports, dashboards, proposals, grant applications, and client presentations.

- Ability to identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Willingness to travel for field visits, stakeholder meetings, project monitoring, and community engagement.

- Demonstrated commitment to social impact, sustainable development, and community empowerment.
