Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and status updates in the CRM software.
Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with customers through active listening and effective objection handling.
Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) for call volume, lead conversions,



and sales targets.
