Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage existing customer base through regular visits, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing technical support and resolving issues promptly.

- Identify potential customers and develop strategies to acquire new ones by understanding their needs and preferences.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Purchase) to ensure effective communication and coordination.

- Provide product demonstrations, trials, and quotations to prospective clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-6 years of experience in industrial sales or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., B.B.A. / B.M.S. in Marketing).

- Strong knowledge of electrical components, enterprise sales, field sales, industrial equipment, industrialization processes.

- Excellent communication skills for building robust client relationships.
