Role & responsibilities

- Provide operational assistance in planning and executing marketing initiatives.
- Supporting customer events, exhibitions, webinars and various partner programs.
- Lead email marketing campaigns & automation activities using Marketo, Eloqua, CRM

tools.

- Create and update marketing presentations, brochures, and other collateral.
- Support digital marketing lead in social media planning & content publishing.
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM records.
- Conduct market, competitor, vendor and customer research.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, vendors, and agencies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and dashboards.
- Create weekly MIS reporting for Marketing team
- Support sales enablement by automating marketing assets and documentation.
- Manage financial operations from purchase order to payment processing.
- Enable vendor research and coordination for marketing assets.
- Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as required.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Mandatory




- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Quick learner with a willingness to learn, positive attitude, & attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

- Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing/completed a Bachelor's or Master's

degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Arts or a related field.

- Strong academic record and eagerness to build a career in B2B marketing.
- Prior internship experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
