Job Title: -Analyst, Service Delivery (Employee Benefits)

Department: - Service Delivery Unit

Location:- Bangalore Karle Town manyatha tech park

Experience:- 2 - 4 years

Shift: Regular ( 8:00Am to 5:00Pm)

Education: - Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)

Key Responsibilities

Employee Benefits Skillset (2-6 years experience)

- Knowledge of U.S. Employee Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and Voluntary Perks
- Experience with benefits administration platforms or insurance carrier systems
- Prepare, maintain, and update employee benefits marketing spreadsheets and client documentation
- Review plan information, rates, carrier details, benefits summaries, and renewal data for accuracy
- Validate data against source documents; ensure adherence to client/carrier requirements
- Compile, organize, and format data for presentations, reports, and client deliverables
- Create and update comparative analyses of carrier quotes, plan renewals, and contribution strategies (spreadsheeting)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel Formulas & Functions,



VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting
- Conduct contract reviews (Medical & Non-Medical) for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and review reports: payroll deduction audits, renewal reports, experience reports, census formatting
- Conduct audits and reconcile reports to identify and correct discrepancies
- Maintain and update training materials, logs, and process documentation
- Strong attention to detail

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant work experience (2-5 years preferred for EB skillset)
- Strong typing and client-system operation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong email communication (reading & writing) skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Prior training/mentoring experience is a plus
