Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications using CSA/CCSA certification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Pega development, including debugging and resolving defects.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to improve team performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in Pega development with expertise in PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).
- Robust understanding of Pega architecture, data modeling, and business rules management.
- Proficiency in working with CSSA (Customer Service Studio Assistant) tool for building customer service applications.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
